Offer three basic styles of Chalet sheds, flat fronted, with extended roof or with extended roof and sides. They can be built with either straight facia boards (standard) or facia's with a wavey edge.

The roof height of the building is a little bit under 6' at the lowest point internally with the roof going up from there. The height at the apex varies with the span of the shed - a 10' wide chalet roof is higher at the apex than a 6' wide chalet.

The cladding is redwood pine machined to to a shiplap profile but with the benefit of a tongue and groove. The roof and floor are the same standard of timber but are tounge and grooved "V" jointed, sometimes referred to as matching. The timber is ex 16mm and finishes at 12mm thick. The distinct advantage of using redwood pine rather than the cheaper whitewood pine is that redwood is a tougher, more resilient and more stable timber.

Sheds Unlimited does not use whitewood for the cladding, roof or floors of their garden Buildings. Ever.

The framework of the Chalet style sheds is of either 25 x 50mm or 50 x 50mm timber where appropriate.

The quoted prices includes floor, delivery within our normal area, erection, treatment, roof felting and Glazing with 3mm horticultural glass. We will erect your Chalet free of charge at the time of delivery providing you have good access and a suitable base for the structure to go on.
